With International Women's Day just gone, QR_ has been doing what it does best and working the data: 26% female, 24% BAME, and 6% LGBTQ+ across our global teams.

QR_ is committed to developing a culture that promotes diversity and inclusion — giving individuals the opportunity to work together on an even keel, irrespective of experience, background, or seniority. To that end, we've established inQREDible: an internal team dedicated to the promotion and implementation of this vital cultural component.

Together with the support of the wider QR_ workforce, this team will be working to educate, train, increase involvement, and internalise every facet of diversity and inclusion.
