EDI with Quick Release_

QR_ provide the accurate BoM and reliable material and component data required to undertake the product lifecycle analysis needed to measure and report on the environmental footprint and societal impacts of a product. But we also keep an eye on how we're doing internally.

QR_ know how important it is to have a diverse team, to ensure everyone is treated fairly and, more importantly, to embrace and embody an inclusive culture.

That’s why we’re committed to ensuring every QRian has a sense of belonging at work, empowering both the team and company to thrive. Listening to every voice and valuing all ideas is core to who we are.

To better achieve this, QR_ have committed to a 3-year business plan to embed a culture of inclusivity and are working with independent advisors who are experts in global cultural change, inclusion & diversity, and behavioural impact. Alongside this strategic programme, an internal Culture Working Group identifies impactful changes and embeds these within the culture we strive to build.

Always encouraging the team to pursue their passions, we have a well-established function (inQREDIble) who internally drive initiatives that celebrate EDI in a Quite Refreshing way.

QR_ EDI Statistics 2021

Inclusion is what QR_ are really striving for, but there is always a need for stats to get a real understanding of where we are in terms of diversity. We are continuously looking at ways to increase our representation and mould our culture around our differences, ensuring inclusion is prioritised. We encourage open channels of communication and transparency at all times both internally and externally, and are happy to share some of our current statistics with you.
